One Fish, Two Fish

This year, my FishFace turns 12.  I have no idea how that happened, but I think I say the same thing every year.

For his birthday, he requested a Macbook.  He is an only child, and tends to get what he asks for as he never asks for much, but that gift is a tad bit above my pay grade.

Instead of getting several gifts from his family, he asked for money to buy the Macbook.  He's a good little saver, my son.  This past weekend, we went to the bank and he made his very first withdrawal from his account.

He did the math, and took out what he thought he'd need with tax and "maybe some extras," and off to the mall we went.

All he asked for from me for his birthday was a cover for his computer and mouse, made with yarn he chose himself, and his yearly birthday socks.

And I was happy to oblige.

Happy Birthday Noodle, Fishy, Stinky Face, and Sunshine.  You are the best thing I've ever done.
